Do the leaves detach? I can only fit the 6’ size in my space and wondered if the leaves just hung down on the sides or completely detached?

Freight was on time and came in boxes. We opened everything up and all is here. Didn't take long to set up and looks very nice in our living room. The cushions are so comfy and relaxing to sit and lay on. The color is exactly what we are looking for. Glad we got this at such a great price. Thanks
