We got it dropped off by freight and it came so well protected. Got it open and exactly what we wanted. It is so beautiful and and comfy. The loose back pillows allow us to lean back and sink into. Goes very well with my living room. I love the color! thank you

My husband picked up at the warehouse and the gentleman was helpful to load into our truck. We got home and removed the wrapping. Exactly what I wanted for the color and style.
